This is a stamped and electronically tested 18 karat white gold genuine ruby and natural diamond puffed heart pendant. The approximate 1.25" heart is pave’ set with natural, bright red, round, faceted rubies. The word "LOVE" floats above the surface in sparkling round, brilliant-cut diamonds. The bail is also set with diamonds. The back of the heart has a lovely gallery with heart designs and is stamped 18K and 750. The pendant weighs 10.4 grams (6.6dwt). This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
