This is a 10 karat white gold genuine sapphire and natural diamond lavalier necklace. The approximate .36 carats of round, faceted blue sapphires are prong set in a pendant with a bail that features baguette diamonds. The pendant hangs from a necklace with white gold and diamonds in a vintage style setting. The necklace hangs from a fine white gold cable chain that is approximately 18" long with a spring ring. The necklace weighs 3.9 grams (2.5dwt). This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
