This pendant is very ornate and superbly crafted. The pendant bears the "84 FI" hallmark. "Founded in 1935. The "84 FI" hallmark is a registered Italian trademark for Figli Di Vittorio Franconeri Di Lidia Franconeri & Co., translating to "Son of Victor & Lidia Franconeri & Co." They were the 84th registered jewelers in Firenze, Italy." The pendant is approximately 1 3/8" diameter. The jump ring is 14 karat yellow gold. The pendant weighs 16.9 grams (10.9dwt). The hinge and clasp on the secret door work perfectly. Magnificent jewelry like this is getting harder to find. This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
