This 14 karat yellow gold heart pendant proudly features genuine blue sapphires and rubies, and natural mined diamonds in a gleaming and glittering halo. The pendant is approximately 3/4" diameter and has an open reticulated bail. This pendant is circa 1950’s and is in excellent condition. The pendant has been chemically tested as 14 karat gold.
