This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold genuine amethyst and natural diamond ring. This sweetheart of a ring features an approximate 1.50 carat heart-shaped amethyst with a halo of round, brilliant-cut diamonds. There are approximate .50 carat heart-shaped amethysts on each side of the ring. The ring is US size 5 and bears the Leer Gem Limited (LGL) hallmark. This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This is a preowned estate item in excellent condition.
