ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Featured is a GIA certified RARE, minimally treated (F1) emerald that is prong-set in white gold with a radiant diamond halo. These precious gemstones are supported with a fashioned back gallery.  The Oscar Friedman designed layered necklace consists of three strands of prong-set diamonds.  The strands are fashioned from white gold bars that measure approximately 1/2" long by 1.2mm wide x 1.7mm deep.  These bars are individually hinged and have prong-set diamonds of exceptional quality and various shapes stationed between them.  The strands measure 18", 19", and 20" approximately.  The strands are attached to the pendant with affixed hinges.  The necklace ends with a hidden box clasp that is adorned with an approximate .20 carat prong-set, oval-cut diamond with a round diamond halo.  The box clasp has a hidden lock-bar safety clip.  The Oscar Friedman hallmark is located on the clasp.

  • * "Due to their growth conditions in nature and recovery methods, most emeralds contain surface reaching features.  For this reason, clarity enhancement is a common trade practice." – Quote from the GIA Emerald Report
  • Emeralds are one of the most popular gemstones of all. They are known and coveted for their color and internal inclusions, called "flora and fauna". These inclusions often reach the surface of the gemstone. This is a natural occurrence and is not considered to be a crack or chip. Most of these inclusions are barely visible to the naked eye.
