Cameo Necklace. This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold vintage carved cameo necklace. The oval-shaped carved shell represents a left-facing young woman with mounds of curls. The cameo is in a yellow gold bezel. It hangs from an 18" fine link chain with a spring ring. This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
