The 1.49 carat genuine, oval-cut cornflower blue sapphire is 10-prong set in an 18 karat white gold ring with .45 carats of round, brilliant-cut, G-H color, VS-SI clarity diamonds in the halo and shoulders. The milgrain edging gives the appearance of "vintage" while maintaining a modern look. The ring is US size 5.5 and has an open gallery. This ring can be resized for an additional $100, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This ring is certified and appraised for $9,515.00 estimated retail replacement value.
