Sterling Silver and Stone Pendant. This is a sterling silver Judith Ripka Maltese Cross pendant/enhancer with prong-set Diamoniques that have the signature twisted rope frame and baguette and princess cut blue sapphire colored stones. The bail of the cross is hinged to make an enhancer for pearls and other bead-style necklaces. The cross is approximately 2" in diameter and the back bears the Judith Ripka hallmark. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
