Genuine Ruby and Earth-Mined Diamond Ring.  This is a GIA certified 4.78 carat pear-cut Burmese ruby that is set in a luxurious polished platinum ring with .97 carats of round, brilliant-cut, F-G color, VS1-VS2 clarity diamonds in the halo and on the shoulders.  This ring is US size 6.5 with a swirled gallery and approximate 2.2 mm shank that bears the Sheffield & Sons hallmark.  This ring is certified and appraised for $21,590.00 estimated retail replacement value.
