Genuine Garnet Pendant. This is a delightful and dainty garnet pendant in 14 karat yellow gold that features an approximate 6 mm x 4 mm pear-shaped almandine garnet that is prong-set in a halo of pear-shaped (and on round, faceted) spessartine garnets, approximately 5 mm x 3 mm. The pendant is approximately 1/2" diameter. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.

Spessartine Garnets were originally found in the Spessart mountains of Bavaria, and are now found in hundreds of locations around the world!
Almandine is the most common garnet and can be found in hundreds of widespread localities around the world.
