Genuine Tanzanite and Earth-Mined Diamond Necklace. Absolutely breathtaking! A pendant of this magnitude could only be set in precious platinum. The GIA certified 15.23 carat oval-cut sapphire is prong-set with an amazing 5.32 carats of round, brilliant-cut, G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity diamonds in the hinged bail, halo, and elaborate frame. The pendant is approximately 2.5" long from the crown-shaped finial bail to the bottom point of diamond frame. It is 1.5" wide. The pendant is approximately 11 mm deep to support the pavilion of the tanzanite, complete with an ornate back gallery that bears the Oscar Friedman hallmark. This pendant is suspended from an 18" platinum wheat chain with a lobster clasp. This necklace is certified and appraised for $67,983.00 estimated retail replacement value.
