This is a 10 karat yellow gold heart-shaped blue topaz ring. The approximate 8 mm x 9 mm heart-shaped sky blue topaz is 3-prong set in a swirled mounting that is accented with rhodium. The ring is US size 5.5 and weighs 2.5 grams (1.6dwt). This is a preowned, estate item.
