Sapphires in September
This is a beautiful Italian 14 karat gold vintage cameo brooch/pendant. It is approximately 1.75" length, 1.5" width. The cameo features a bezel set, round brilliant cut diamond and weighs approximately 0.03 carat total diamond weight. There is a safety pin feature for ability to wear as brooch and a hinged 4 mm round bail for ability to wear as pendant. The cameo is bezel set into stamped 14K yellow gold setting with a lovely heart-like halo frame. 10.6 grams (approximately 6.8dwt). This is a preowned, estate item.
