This is a certified and appraised 14 karat white gold custom-made cushion-cut with checkerboard facets, approximate 42 carat aquamarine pendant, offset by 2 round approximate .55 carat aquamarines and 1.55 carats of round, brilliant-cut F/G, SI1/2 diamonds. This versatile pendant can easily be worn as East/West, as well as North/South. It weighs 20.8 grams (approximately 13.4dwt). This is a brand new item.
