This is a genuine, authenticated Spanish shipwreck treasure coin. This rare antiquity was recovered from the shipwrecked treasure fleet that sunk off the coast of Florida during a hurricane in 1715! This 1/2 reale was minted in Mexico during the reign of Charles II and weighs .9 grams. It is a grade 3 coin and bears the assayer mark "L". The date is not verified because the centuries beneath the ocean have obscured the markings. This is a great coin to make into a beautiful pendant or ring, or simply to treasure forever and show all your friends! This coin comes with all the paperwork shown in photographs.
