This is an antique ladies 22 jewel, manual wind Hamilton 10% Irid Platinum and approximately 2 carats of near colorless, VS2 diamond watch with a black cord band and 10kt gold-filled clasp that is 6" long. the case is approximately 15 mm wide. The watch weighs 20.6 grams (13.3 dwt) and runs when wound, unknown accuracy. The crystal and dial are in nice condition. This is a preowned, estate item.
