The cabochon blue turquoise (acetone tested) is approximately 1.5 mm x 11.5 mm x 6 mm (approximately 10 carats) and is set in a four prong setting with a diamond halo that is comprised of approximately 51 round, brilliant-cut accent diamonds. The ring is also adorned with 2 pear-shaped, approximate .20 carat pink sapphires. The ring has an ornate gallery, bears the hallmark "STS" and is a US size 6. The ring weighs 5 grams (3.2dwt). This is a preowned, estate item.
