This is a 14 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and diamond ring. The approximate 7 mm x 5 mm oval ruby is prong set in a halo of approximately .25 carats of round, brilliant-cut eye clean diamonds. The ring is US size 7 and weighs 3.7 grams (2.4dwt). This is a preowned, estate item in very good condition.
