This is a vintage electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold bee brooch. The head of the bee is a natural opal that measures approximately 7 mm x 5 mm and is bezel set. The eyes of the bee are round, faceted rubies. The body and wings of the bee are lovely textured 14 karat yellow gold. The bee is approximately 1" and weighs 5.5 grams (3.5dwt). This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
