This is a 14 karat yellow gold ruby, white sapphire, and natural diamond ring. The approximate .33 carats of round, brilliant-cut white sapphires are prong-set in halos of approximately 2 carats of genuine, oval faceted rubies. The ruby flowers are surrounded by approximately 1 carat of round, brilliant-cut natural diamonds with a ribbon of square-cut genuine rubies. The ring has an ornate under gallery. The ring is US size 7.5 and weighs 8.3 grams (5.3 dwt). This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
