The approximate 7 carat emerald-cut genuine sky blue topaz is prong-set between .10 carats of round, brilliant-cut near-colorless, VS clarity diamonds. The ring has a 3 mm shank. The ring is US size 8 and weighs 7.6 grams (4.9dwt). This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
